Applications opened 20 October 2025 and are open to local students under the Education Bureau (EDB) definition.
The application periods for Sub-degree Programmes places offered by HKMU are varied; please refer to the Important Dates above. Subsidies under SSSDP or by other government departments are only applicable to local students.
Applicants should hold ONE of the following qualifications:

Shortlisted applicants will receive the notification via email from the Admissions Team (Undergraduate) of the Registry. It is important that applicants should check their email regularly and make themselves available to attend the interview.
Applicants may be considered for admission to the programme they have applied for, subject to their performance in interviews and satisfying the entrance requirements.
For some programmes, applicants are also required to attend a written test.
